Taking On The World

My daughter was walking through the grass and I captured a few quick photos. I loved simplifying this one to black and white. The entire mountain range is visually balanced by that little girl in the bottom of the scene. It shows me how strength is represented in a multitude of ways. I want my daughter to feel as strong and brave as I know she is. This piece was done with graphite on hot press watercolor paper.
