oil on stretched canvas. This spot is at the end of Stirup Tank Road, behind the parking area, and a quiet spot with a great view. Behind me (not shown): a creosote bush in bloom with hummingbirds enjoying the evening sun. I loved this spot a lot. A peaceful view into the desert, typical for Joshua Tree National Park. Painted over 2 sessions, in late afternoon, on place.
